VGGO is a shipping aggregator platform that connects users with multiple courier and logistics service providers for domestic and international shipments. VGGO acts as a facilitator and not as a courier company.

Eligibility

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate shipment details (weight, size, address, contents).
  • Ensure that the shipment does not contain prohibited or illegal items.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and courier policies.

VGGO is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information provided by the user.

Prohibited Items

  • Illegal goods
  • Explosives, firearms, or weapons
  • Hazardous materials
  • Narcotics or banned substances
  • Counterfeit or restricted items

Any violation may result in account suspension and legal action.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices shown are subject to change.
  • Final shipping charges depend on courier acceptance, weight, and dimensions.
  • VGGO is not responsible for courier-imposed extra charges after pickup.
  • Payments once made are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated.

COD (Cash on Delivery)

  • COD remittance timelines depend on courier partners.
  • VGGO is not liable for courier delays in COD settlements.
  • Incorrect bank details may lead to delayed payments.

Shipment Pickup, Delivery & Delays

Pickup and delivery timelines are estimated. Delays due to weather, strikes, customs, or force majeure are not under VGGO’s control. Courier partners are responsible for actual delivery.

Limitation of Liability

  • Loss or damage caused by courier partners
  • Delayed shipments
  • Incorrect delivery details
  • Indirect or consequential losses

Any claim must be raised directly with the courier as per their policy.

Account Suspension

VGGO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Policy violations
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Misuse of services
  • Non-payment of dues

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, software, and branding on VGGO are the exclusive property of VGGO. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

VGGO may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.
